Blue Canyon Golf & Country Club, Phuket, Thailand - (18 Holes, 6,415 yards, par 72)

Blue Canyon Country Club is one of the most prestigious courses in Asia. It is set in a secluded valley, overlooked by Phuket's famous hills. Host to the Johnnie Walker Classics in 1994 and 1998, and the Honda Invitational in 1996. The club offers two 18 holes championship golf courses, Canyon Course and Lakes Course. The course layout is very exciting and creates the beautiful scenery of the placement of holes in a natural fields.

Navatanee Golf & Country Club, Thailand - (18 Holes, 6,906 yards, par 72)

Navatanee is Thailand's first golf course designed by foreign architect. The course was created especially for the 1975 World Cup and has since become a golfing mecca for first time visitors to the country. Navatanee offers a tranquil retreat full of mature trees and beautiful shrubs.

The greens are well protected by bunkers and there is a mix of wide and narrow fairways, with water coming into play on five holes.

Santiburi Golf & Country Club, Chiang Mai , Thailand - (18 Holes, 6,461 yards, par 72)

This course was opened in 2003 and is truly a sensation. It is located at the slopes of Samui's mountains at the North Coast (Maenam) and offers a stunning view over the sea and the neighbor island Koh Panghan.

The clubhouse is designed in a luxury style as the Country Club and provides comfortable changing rooms, a big Pro-Shop and a restaurant wit a huge terrace.The great course with it's difficult mountain and valley fairways is hard to cope without a golf cart (compulsory). Small fairways are often leading hill up, hill down, but the large greens make the landing of the balls a little bit easier.

Mission Hills Golf & Country Club, Kanchanaburi , Thailand

The Mission Hills golf course opened in 1915, designed by Tom Bendelow.

The 18-hole "Mission Hills" course at the Mission Hills Country Club facility in Shawnee Mission, Kansas features 6,310 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 71.2 and it has a slope rating of 128 on Zoysia grass.

Alpine Golf Club, Patum Thani , Thailand - (18 Holes, 7,200 yards, par 72)

The Alpine golf course opened in 1928, designed by A.W. Tillinghast. Larry Savvides manages the course as the General Manager.

The 18-hole "Alpine" course at the Alpine Country Club facility in Demarest, New Jersey features 6,711 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73 and it has a slope rating of 134 on Bent grass.

Thai Country Club, Chachoengsao, Thailand - (18 Holes, 7,157 yards, par 72)

Designed under US PGA international standards by Denis Griffiths, at that time president of the world-renowned American Society of Golf Course Architects, opened in December 1996. The 7,157-yard course, from the professional tees, was tested during the 1997 Asian Honda Classic won by Tiger Woods.

The high-tech computer designed greens make for many interesting pin placements. The entire course features immaculate conditions, a neo-classic design and alkali variety from hole to hole, along with an abundance of water and sand hazards. The course is a constant test of one’s golfing proficiency.

Springfield Royal Country Club, Petchaburi , Thailand - (18 Holes, 7,042 yards, par 72)

This course was designed by Jack Nicklaus, and opened in 1993. It has gained a reputation of being one of the finest courses in Thailand, and is now established as a golfers must while in Hua Hin or Cha-am.

The course its self has been designed to meet the needs of a championship course, but maintains an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all standards. Starting with a par 4 the first hole is a gentle 367 yards from the white tee, and on appearance looks to be quite simple.

Dragon Hills Country Club, Ratchaburi , Thailand - (18 Holes, par 72)

This club boasts 18 holes of golf which are among the finest in the kingdom. Designed by Jim Engh. An entertaining and exciting course pleases the beginner, as well as the advanced player. The courses offer a combination of undulating fairways and greens, lateral water hazards, " water carry holes", dogleg holes and subtle placement of bunkers. Added to this, the scenic background during play is refreshing for the golfer.
